Sounds like beautiful surroundings for a roast (and lunch) up in the Adelaide Hills.

BTW Brie and Camembert are just gorgeous with an expresso or flat white. Will have to try goats cheese ....

Thanks to Lizzy, I am now in posession of a bread machine. OG bought me a heat gun on the weekend so I have now graduated to a coretto.

Lizzy and her partner came up for lunch yesterday and I had a lesson on how to use the thing and we had champagne to celebrate the new acquisition.

I would like to say thanks to Lizzy for the lovely day we had yesterday and I hope you enjoyed sitting in the back garden amongst the greenery.
