We are in Amsterdam for four months and I've been missing my Rocket terribly. We have a great place located just south-west of the city centre but unfortunately it's only equipped with a pod machine! As such I've been spending a large part of my time trying to track down the closest thing I can get to a good Melbourne coffee... And today I struck gold. As soon as I looked through the window I knew we were onto a good thing....
The place is called Eginstill, and is a kitchen design consultancy/ coffee shop... The coffee I just had there this morning was equally as good as anything I've had at home.
