    He turned off AVG and BeanBay worked again.

    Thanks all, I was pretty sure that I would have heard a lot of noise if everyone on Mac products was having trouble.

    Might be an antivirus package or similar product giving him grief. I'll see what else we can find out.

    ATTN MAC USERS

    Had a CS'rs on a Mac yesterday with a problem.

    He cannot access BeanBay on a Mac desktop or tablet in either Safari or Chrome but on his android phone it worked fine. He's cleared cache, cookies and all the normal things to try but nothing works (and it did a month or so ago).

    Any ideas?

    Anyone on a Mac something that can test BeanBay for me please?

    got my peru beans last week and frist roast smells freaking awesome cheers *insert expletitive"-ing excited to have decent coffee beans again!
    years ago there was a monthly or so beanbay offering, and Im having trouble finding is that still happening when new stock arrives and we frenzy buy it all in a few hours?

    That's odd tracking, showing as "on board" Monday and again today too. It might actually be coming today?

    A call to the delivering depot with the tracking number will normally sort out problems pretty quick, often they will give you the actual drivers phone number to sort it out direct (which no other courier company does).

    I’ve always had good experience with AusPost - bought a Behmor from a forum member, shipped from Geelong on Thu and was delivered in Sydney on Monday.

    Meanwhile my beanbay order (Fasttrack, not sure why I picked them!) has been “onboard for delivery” since Monday & seems to be MIA!

    I've not had any problems with CS orders either, I'm talking about Aust post overall.
