  • SOLD (Gold Coast) ECM Giotto Needs total Rebuild/Project/Parts

This machine may just be the project you are looking for. I have decided it's not for me, The drip tray is missing and the control board is blown. Asking $250 however, I might consider parting it out if there is anyone with a dented panel or cracked boiler looking for a replacement.

      G’day Hoggy

im thinking of having a crack at a BIG restoration- and just had a few questions...
      • Are any other parts missing other than the drip tray.
      • Could you take another photo from front on? I’m just try to confirm what model it is- a Giotto Premium?
      • Could you take a couple more photos of the internals and frame- it doesn’t look in very good nick, but just trying to get an idea of how bad it is with rust, etc
      • Would you be willing to package it up for shipping down to Victoria?
thanks heaps- I’m a long time forum lurker who’s only just bothered to register so I can post now!

At present this machine is going to be split for parts pending the first transaction. At the moment the group and boiler pipes etc are spoken for.

No sorry that's gone I'd buy a new one anyhow as they have a limited lifespan

Is there any rust in the sub-frame that supports the drip tray? If not, cost and shipping to Adelaide?

              Hi Matt,

There is some very light surface rust around the edges. If you were to sand it down and repaint it it'd be perfect. $35 posted if you like?

The boiler and group along with pipe work and wiring harness are now sold from this machine. The drip tray tray base is also pending. I will post up individual prices for the rest of the parts tonight.
