Clarifying - $250 for the lot not per grouping. The $$ are for the first group, the rest are a bonus.

This is quite a comprehensive collection. I'm feeling the urge to build a bookshelf seeing this!

FOR SALE: Roasting Books
Selling as a set - postage is free so I want to avoid multiple postage costs.
Asking $250 which I think is great value but I’ll take other offers if the market disagrees.
Specific to roasters:
The Coffee Roasters Companion - Scott Rao
Coffee Roasting Best Practices - Scott Rao
Modulating The Flavour Profile of Coffee - Rob Hoos
Dear Coffee Buyer: A Guide To Sourcing Green Coffee - Ryan Brown
For general coffee connoisseurs:
The World Atlas Of Coffee : From Beans to Brewing - Coffees Explored, Explained and Enjoyed - James Hoffmann
The Coffee Book - Jacki Baxter
Coffee Moments - Margaret Gore
Coffee: How To Buy It, How To Brew It - Jason Scheltus
The Curious Baristas Guide To Coffee - Tristan Stephenson
For people who want to go deep into the science of taste:
Neurogastronomy: How the Brain Creates Flavor and Why It Matters - Gordon Shepherd
Tasty: The Art and Science of What We Eat - John McQuaid
The Dorito Effect: The Surprising New Truth About Food and Flavor - Mark Schatzker
Taste: Surprising Stories and Science About Why Food Tastes Good
Condition varies but nothing wrong with any of them if you’re buying to read them and learn from them. Most of you will know the roasting books in the top section - they are what it says on the tin. They were expensive to buy and ship which is why I think my price is reasonable. I like Rob Hoos as a counter balance to Scott Rao’s grip on coffee roasting strategy.
The 3rd group of books are really interesting so I’d put them on your wishlist if you don’t want to buy the roasting books. I think we can learn a lot by stepping outside of coffee and diving into food science.1 Photo
