With a commercial style rotary pump and PID controlled twin copper boilers with excellent temperature stability. Internal water tank or can be plumbed in for greater convenience. High capacity removable drip tray that can be plumbed to drain also.
429mm H x 360mm W x 430mm D
Works fine and has been well maintained. Has only ever had filtered water through it with myself and previous owner who was also a CoffeeSnobs user. I have had the machine for 8 years and I believe it was 2 years old then.
I generally service this machine by myself and father in law and it has had the PID replaced in the last 12 months. To try and reduce the issue with heat and the LED display we wrapped the PID n heat resistance wrap. Seems to be working as panel is in fully working order. (Old PID still around as well and can be included) the new style Pid was about $300 from memory.
Reason for sale: I have been wanting to upgrade for a while and just grabbed the GS3 MP from another member here.
The Duetto has generally done 2-3 coffees a day for its life and apart from the PID issue also had a temperature probe replaced in the last few years. The e61 lever may be wearing slightly as you have to push harder down to get the excess water to whoosh out, but doesn’t affect much.
Included with the sale...
Alex Duetto 2x portafilters (double spout and naked)
Blind filter
Single and Double baskets
Braided hose
