Bryan, thank you very much - the machine is in excellent condition, and grinder and grouphead are spotlessly clean. Cheers, Stavros.

    Hey Bryan,

Are you negotiable on the price and would you be willing to post this out to Melbourne?

    Thanks

  • [ACT] Rancilio Lucy (Silva with integrated Rocky Grinder) and PID

    G'day All

With a heavy heart, my trusty Rancilio Lucy is up for sale! Looking for $600 flat and would prefer a local sale.

I am the third owner of this machine, having purchased it mid-2020 from another forum member. I've since used it to make an average of 7-8 coffees per week.

The Lucy is essentially an early Rancilio Silvia with integrated Rocky grinder. She's been well maintained, and upgraded over the years with replacement parts found in later models (upgraded boiler) and an Auber PID. The PID keeps both the brew and steam temps very well regulated, and makes good espresso with more than enough steam pressure for milk-based coffees. I've kept it well maintained, clean, descaled, and back-flushed.

The Lucy comes with all original portafilters and baskets in great condition, as well as the original manual and Auber PID installation drawings. I'll throw in a generic blind basket, and we can talk about a Rancilio Bottomless Portafilter. All in all, she's a perfect machine and grinder combo for any beginners (like me), or as a second/travel machine.

    Cheers!

    Bryan
