  • !!!SOURCED!!! - Grinder wanted ie EM0480 or simila

    Hi Snobs,

I am after a grinder, new if posible or second hand.  The sunbeam is probably about my budget, I am curious about the Bararoma as well but I am not sure if I like the sound of a times grind.

If anyone has anything please let me know.  I am in country South Australia, the Sunbeams are about $179-$190 new.

    Cheers,

    Matt.

You need to post a price range within which you are prepared to pay "matty73350", not just the price range of what the new ones go for......

Theres an Ibertal for sale here - a bit more than the Sunbeams new price, but worth considering:

        Hi,

Sorry, price range is around the $120ish mark, including postage if possible. It is a bit urgent as my ES800 is struggling with large bits of bean that have not ground properly!! Does anyone have an idea about the BarAroma? I have been placed on a fairly strict budget by the Minister for Finance, otherwise I would buy a rconditioned commercial grinder.....

        Cheers,

        Matt.

Tell the MoF that by not spending that little bit more you are wasting money on bad coffee from the ES800 because of the bad grind.

Matty here is another method you could try, buy take away coffees and just let MoF know how much it cost and how much you could save with a good grinder.

Hi Matty,my sympathies, sounds like we both married the wrong people, I cant get the grinder message through to my other half either.

If you look at factory warehouse/outlets, you might find a EM0450 for less than $100 or close enough. Id rate that as much better than a BarAroma.

Thanks to all, I have sourced a grinder from Man in Black, many thanks to him for the good deal and for throwing in some of his home roast for me to try!!

                        Cheers snobbers.
