Whether it is suitable depends on whether it fits. The Sirai is much bigger than a typical domestic pressurestat.

Yes- it will work in pretty much anything.

Note though, that these stats are designed for commercial applications to 20A. The Rocket GPP wiring was changed to run the pressurestat off the high tension side of the machine rather than the low tension side. They need grunt to run well
