!!SOLD!!: BFC Junior Semi Auto

Im thinking of selling my BFC single group coffee machine. Its in excellent condition except the power on/off switch is a bit on a angle , I believe the culprit is a spring at the rear of the switch which has slightly moved but does its job properly anyway. Comes with the usual one cup and two cup group handles/portafilter, blind filter, spare group head seal ( pictured sitting on the drip tray). Steam wand is on a ball joint type of movement and the hot water wand is in a fixed position. About 1.5 years old and in full working order.

FWIW, many CSers will recognise this machine as a BFC/Diadema Junior Semi-Auto which was imported by CosmoreX (possibly others).

Cosmorex replaced this model with the Junior Plus Semi Auto in 2006- the major change being the adoption of metal toggle switches rather than the rocker switches.

Yes, of course  :
Pick up is from Bundoora 3083 or Im willing to post at buyers expense. This beast weighs approximately 25 to 30kgs and has an internal 3 litre water tank therefore plumbing is not required. Stainless steel exterior and is made in Italy.

I can understand your pain in having to let her go. That dicky switch is really nothing and very cheap to replace so no-one wants to be put off by that. These are a Rolls Royce small commercial/home machine with top engineering and manufacturing quality "in toto"... The price being asked is a steal in my opinion and if I didnt already have my beaut Diadema JE Id be jumping at it...

Im surprised to log on and still see it for sale.
Ah well, if it doesnt sell soon maybe she will change her mind and let me keep it. If she requires more bench space for cooking then Ill be happy to pay for an extension to the kitchen as long as I can keep my machine. :-/
