I have upgraded my machine today and there is limited space at home. Therefore, my beloved and well cared em6910 and em0480 have to go.
*EM6910:
I purchased the machine and the grinder in Augest 2007. The machine makes ~10 coffees a week. Backflushed with water after each use and chemically cleaned every week with sunbeam tablets. The water reservoir is washed every two weeks with detergent. Both shower screens are washed in cafetto every month. Descale every six months using sunbeam descaling liquid. The collar and seal have been changed in late June 2009 due to leakage (I paid the Sunbeam technician to do the replacement. I didnt change the collar by myself). It has been all fixed now. Thus the collar & seal has plenty of life and the machine works like a charm now
. I have also changed the steam tip. It now has a steam tip with a"smooth" end instead of the earlier one which has a nut in it.
1) I will include all accessories which come with the machine (milk jugs, 1 grouphandle, tamper, filter baskets, 1 extra steam tip etc...).
2) 2 copies of Sunbeam training DVD
3) SB descaling liquid
4) A soft copy of the SB spare part list
*EM0480:
Im really lucky to have this SB grinder because it can grind VERY fine without any mod. Yes!!! You are right, no spacer install at all. From my memory, it can choke the em6910 at setting 14. A very good SB grinder.I cleaned the grinder after each use.
So the question for now is how much? Im asking $580 for the whole setup
. I still have the original packaging boxes (even for the filter basket).
Optional extra:
Im also selling my little IMex CR100 roaster due to upgrade to corretto
. I purchased the IMex from a coffeesnob member brand new. I have only used it for 3 months. It has done only 24 roasts. Im selling that for $90.
Im located in Bundoora, Melbourne. I prefer local pick up (so that you can try the machine
). For interstate people, you have to organise your own courier pickup. Feel free to PM me if interested or want any more information
