Some of you may remember I purchased an second-hand Faema 2 group last year with the intention of fixing it all up and using it in our house.
The full thread on the restoration can be found at http://coffeesnobs.com.au/YaBB.pl?num=1223984930/. Well I got the first bit right and the unit fired up beautifully, but we then moved house, ran out of kitchen room and I ended up with the Expobar.
So sadly the Faema has sat unused for approaching 12 months now.
Its a real shame because I fixed it all up with the express intention of keeping it so I went to the bother to replace numerous things that didnt really need it just because I could. I even went to the bother of drawing up a plumbing diagram of where all the pipes went on the computer so I had a neat record for future use (bottom pic below). Anyway whats done is done, but in light of all that I cant bear to have it just sitting around unused any longer so am offering it up to any CSers who may be interested.
Ideal for anyone who has the room for a 2 group machine and doesnt want to shell out $2k+ for a prosumer. The boiler has three heating elements but only one is connected which means it runs safely on a regular 10A supply. If you have a 15A outlet you could connect another one up for faster heatup / recovery.
Asking $1200, located in Adelaide. Sensible offers will be considered providing its going to a good home. Freight will probably be about $150 but Ill provide an exact quote to anyone whos interested as this will somewhat depend on your location.

The photo below is when the restoration was completed. Nothing has changed that Im aware of except the copperwork under the lid is probably a bit tarnished now.
