    Re: SOLD: Rocky doserless grinder...

Ah - I have just literally bade it farewell with some beans so the new owner can have fun with it....

I spent a 1/2 hour yesterday trying to figure out how to add the "SOLD" monika to the subject line.  Soooo - could one of you hard working admin types please change it.

    /Kevin

    Gday Kevin....

Let us know when the sale has been finalised mate so that the thread can be closed off.

    Thanks

Re: FS: Rocky doserless grinder... Now sold, pending payment!

Kezz - sorry, Ive been away fishing for the last 2 weeks. Didnt mean to "snub" you! Regrettably, Ive sold it to a snob in SA and am just waiting for him to come by and pick it up. But I would have happily shipped it!

In the unlikely event of the local sale coming through, Ill PM you!

    Cheers
    /Kevin

    !!SOLD!!: Rocky doserless grinder...

Well, Ive had upgrade-itis and bought a Macap M4, so Rocky now needs a new home.  I should add that there is actually nothing wrong with the grinder!

He is about 2.5 years old, and by my maths has ground something like 25 to 30 kg of beans.  Burrs have no nicks in them (Ive avoided grinding rocks, despite roasting a lot of African coffee  ).

Im in Adelaide, and would prefer a local snob to buy.

The grinder has a click-clack lid which is basically 100% successful in puffing out the last tiny bit of grind.  Ive also removed the stop screw so removal of the bean hopper is trivial for cleaning etc.

Asking $325 for it; and would prefer a local so I can take to you to try on your machine, or you can come here and try on the Silvia.  Would like the new owner to feel happy about it!

    Cheers
    /Kevin
