  • !!SOLD!! BZ99 Plumbed in.

Bezzera BZ 99 Professional Espresso Machine - Single Group

I was informed that it was put into storage for a while and was then inspected by the Agents and myself and written off.

System has just been totaly stripped, cleaned and serviced.  New Element, Fulidtec pump, OPV, seals, switch lenses etc have been fitted. In addition the old steam wand was replaced with a new standard steam wand. System has also had a total clean and descale and flush .

This unit was never abused and the group showes all most no wear.  In fact, I got new seals and got the over sized ones.. They are included with the unit, but had to fit the standard ones; as the group handel head are in great condition.

Mum2three was offered this unit with special consideration; but due to a number of issues was not in a position to accept.

You may ask; if written off, why is it for sale ?  Well it was written off due to the cost of parts and the time and effort to get the system back and running..  I took it on to learn and on the off chance; I could get the system going for Mum2three at a reasonable costs for parts etc.

However as stated before, Mum2three is no longer in the picture... Thus I need to recover the expenses I spent with the agent and others  etc.  It also affords another  CS member the chance to own an interesting and respected machine.

Only the other day; I had a EM6910 shipped to me, that must have been holding up a loaded Aus Post container.. Casing was shattered...

Prefer local... Does not mean has to be... Happy to box... Pack etc and maybe even drop off...

But that is it... I can not take responsibility for transport issues.

PS. Any candy in particular or just brown paper bag stuff

When I have to pay full retail for parts... Buy extras, caus some are wrong, spend hrs cleaning and testing and testing again etc etc Its not about making $$$ It is about learning about the equipment, recovering what has been spent and passing on gains to others

Not like deserts that never show up ;D ;D

PS. Have to pick up my other babies Wednesday night... Wife is going to crack big time 8-)

PPS. So who is organising the CS get together ?

OT - that would probably be me, since its my turn! I might wait for the dust to settle from Wednesday night from Mrs AM before I start organising a date/time at your place...dont want to stretch the friendship with her!

Back On Topic - lovely machine and it definitely wont last long AM!

I make great desserts and am wishing I was whereabouts you two lived right now! Will swap desserts for lessons in coffee/coffee making/coffee machine refurbishing.

Yes, on topic. Looks very swish AM, wish I wasnt so damn far away.

Still curious how many machines you have just sitting around at your place

                      Thanks...

With all the main parts being replaced; it is in fact as good as NEW :-)

Just a shame that mum2three is not in the same position as she was some 6 months ago... But ones loss is another gain.

                          Howdy,
Does the machine also operate as non-plumbed? ie With its own water tank.
                          Thanks

No... However there is plenty of space for a tank... But it would have to be modified as per a tank system...

Note: Jaymad has first dibs at this stage.
