Hi

I am selling my much loved Giotto Professional due to an upgrade to a dual boiler machine.

The Giotto is just over a year old, in immaculate condition and can be repacked into the original Box with Instruction manual.
Lightly Used, home environment average 1 coffee a day.

Included with this sale is:

Dual spout Portafilter.

Bottomless Portafilter

1x 16g basket

1x 8g basket

Dual chamber water purification filter, filters changed about 6 months ago

Knock Box

58mm Tamper

and all required pipes.

Please see photos but note, this is not the tamper included, the included one is a standard chrome tamper.

the Giotto professional is a plumbed in machine with a rotary pump the same as a commercial machine, unlike the normal Giotto which runs off a water tank and is driven by a much smaller vibration pump.

The Professional also has gauges for both the boiler and group head water pressures, A larger boiler and Drip tray drain hose.

The machine runs off a standard 10A circuit, 1800W


The machine has been regally flushed and cleaned, so it is in magnificent working order.

Correcting this:
The boiler is the same size as all other Giottos (1.8L) and it also uses the same element- nominally 1200W, but some 1300W elements have also been employed. In Australia, the Professional is being replaced by the Evoluzione.

Ive got a isomac mondiale and am interested in upgrading to this, but I am also interested as to why you are upgrading from this to a dual boiler? and also what dual boiler machine?

Got this due to only having access to a 10 amp powerpoint, and also all the budget would allow at the time.

Have upgraded to a single group La Marzocco Linea, and planning on fitting a pid temperature control so i can start messing with temperature profiling.

have also just had the kitchen renovated, and as part of this had a 20 amp circuit run in just for the linea.

Probably a question for elsewhere in the forum I think...or maybe even a search? :-?

The professional MUST be plumbed (no tank). The evoluzione can be plumbed or run from the inbuilt tank.
