I am looking to sell my 2010 Rancilio Silvia (V3); 2010 Rancilio Rocky SD (Doserless); Rancilio stainless steel base; and various accessories.
I really love this kit; unfortunately my daily coffee routine now centres around my Aeropress and I can no longer justify having it around.
The Silvia was purchased from Grinders Coffee on Lygon St, Carlton, on 31 July 2010, and the Rocky & stainless steel base were purchased on 04 August 2010. I have all original packaging, receipts and accessories. All of the machines are still under full warranty.
The Silvia is only ever used with filtered water, and is regularly cleaned and backflushed. The Silvia has also been descaled once. Cosmetically, the machine is like new, apart from very minor scratches on the cup warming tray from where cups have been placed on it.
The Rocky has had approximately 3kg of beans put through it and is practically new. Cosmetically, it is very good apart from minor scuffs in the hopper from using a click-clack lid to pump out residual coffee grounds, and a cracked plastic grind chute (which cracks far too easily unfortunately, but is easily replaceable).
The stainless steel base is in very good condition—some light scratches on the surface from daily use, but barely noticeable.
I am also including several accessories which are perfect for someone who is just entering into the wonderful world of espresso making. They include:
