Hi guys
Due to work commitments, I have been unable to work on this machine over the past 12 months and I cant see that changing any time soon. I began a restoration of a 2004 Brasilia Portofino (see http://coffeesnobs.com.au/YaBB.pl?num=1248526256/0 ) and completely stripped her, descaled everything, replaced o-rings, gaskets, etc etc. The details are outlined in the restoration thread, but basically I could not get appropriate water flow or pressure at the group. I isolated the pump and determined it to not be the problem.
I have attached the appropriate receipts from Coffee Parts (cant find the pirtek receipts), with a total of around $400 spent on parts alone. As such, I would really like to see $800 for the machine - remembering that functional units sell for ~$2500 on the bay of evil.
Please contact me if you have any questions or would like an inspection. The side panels are still detached, but I can put them on if you require.
Cheers,
