No receipt sorry. The Giotto was bought from the same company who supplied the restaurants commercial machine. Im not sure who the supplier is as this is in Sydney and Im in Adelaide.

When they were changing over the commercial machine in the restaurant, there was a delay sourcing the new one so the supplier gave him 2 x new Giottos to use (he had them in the van). They were only needed for a day and a bit until the new machine was installed.

To keep his customer happy, the supplier offered one of the machines at cost price to my cousin which he obviously bought. It has been rarely used since then.

I just took some crappy photos with my Blackberry which dont do the machine justice.

The arrow in pic 1 points to the extremely small dent on that panel.  Its so small it was nearly impossible to capture on camera.

In the metal it looks like a new machine.

The cup rail on the top of the machine still has the protective plastic on it.

Im very new to the forums so not sure how to respond other than a post saying Im interested in the machine.

I roast my own coffee but Im just a beginner and already have an aeropress so would really appreciate a decent machine to replace the el-cheapo we have on the kitchen table.

Rocket Giotto Premium Plus

History
This machine was the back up coffee machine in my cousins restaurant, which he sold last year.  Sadly this beautiful machine has since been sitting in his shed. 

According to my cousin it was used 4 or 5 times, at most.  After close inspection I dont doubt it.  It doesnt have a spot of rust, including the metal under the water tank. The portafilters have zero coffee stain under the baskets. The copper pipes are still nice and new looking and the nickel plated boiler is shiny like new. Even the protective plastic is still on the cup rail.

I already own a VBM Domobar Jr and was going to replace it with the Giotto.  After a couple of days use I decided to go back to the VBM.  The only reason for this is because of the tight space in my kitchen; the VBM is a much more compact machine.  The Giotto performed beautifully.

Im unable to take any decent photos because I put our camera through the washing machine last week. In fact the funds from the sale will be used for a new DSLR.  I am happy to take a crappy photo from my Blackberry if you wish.
