The Bacchi is as good, if not better, than most home espresso machines. The Crema I got from the Bacchi is as good as the famous Olympia Cremina coffee machine.
The Bacchi is made of the highest quality durable, anodized aluminium. It is the only stove top machine on the marker (that I know of) that creates a 9 Bar pressure and a stable water temperature of 85-90 degrees.
Very little to go wrong - no pump or electronics to fail. Works on gas or electric stoves. It uses the power of steam to push up a spring loaded piston, which creates the 9 Bar pressure. It produces 1 or 2 shots in 6-7 minutes. Original, unmarked user manual included.
SO WHY AM I SELLING IT?
Because I bought an Olypia Cremina Lever machine from Switzerland and now Bacchi sits in the cupboard unused, which is a horrible waste.
