You could just replace the anti vac valve (not exe) and buy a new seal and sell it as a completely working machine for a few hundred more

San Marino Lisa 1 Group Junior Automatic
    plumb in model vibe pump

i have one of these and i think i am going to sell it.
it works but has two (3?) known issues.
    i was thinking $650 ???

if your interested PM me and come have a look, i am in Hawthorne Brisbane

    1. needs a new antivac valve as it leaks (see pic)
    2. pump will not (for me anyway) draw from a tank and only makes pressure if plumbed in to line pressure. could be old pump, could just be that way?
    3. needs a group head seal, i bought one the other day, put it down in the shed somewhere....... lol and now have to find it ..... (dont you hate that!!) i think my 4yr old has made off with it.

its in good nick outside, inside due to leaky antivac it has some "green" on the boiler (see pic)

i am thinking i might bring it upstairs and take the Brugnetti downstairs for a service.... and then can better test the SM for a few days

1st pic is not "actual" machine but looks the same. will update the pic later.
link is to a pic of the inside and shows "green"  i might have a go at cleaning it off...
