Hi Pennyless,

Can I assume that because the machine was won in  a raffle that its "new" and not quite second hand and therefore would still be under warranty?  Did the ticket seller give you some kind of receipt for such purposes? Also do you have any pictures of the actual machine?

It was won in a raffle and we have been using an older giotto, so have decided to sell the VBM. hope she goes to a good home : )
