Hi m@ and Chris,

someone may have removed the Diadema badge from the front of the machine (the opposite side to the group). Its a stick on.

The brand name Diadema, is that used by the manufacturer (BFC srl which basically means BFC Pty Limited in Italian) for its own top range of models. BFC makes a range of models down to a "budget" type that we do not import. Only the manufacturers name is given on the compliance plate.

Yes it is a Diadema Junior Levetta

This is all made more "difficult" because it seems the original vendor swapped over the drip tray from the Semi Automatica model, which has that handle at the front. The original drip tray for this machine does not have a handle, it has a name plate where that handle is.........

In any case it doesnt matter, the handle is probably an asset & the drip tray is otherwise the same except for a different pattern on the grille the cups sit on. Its one of the best drip tray designs this side of the black stump and better than any fitted to othoer machines oft recommended in this forum. Its big, heavy and solid so not prone to overflowing, flexing or vibrating out from where it sits......

before you go sending this great semi commercial machine anywhere "by post" (or any other way for that matter) you may like to contact me off line for some info on how to pack it up to best guard it against damage during transport.

Good people of the CoffeeSnobs community, this is a very (read VERY) nice machine. It didnt come through my system, but that doesnt stop me giving it the thumbs up for anyone here that is looking at buying a machine of this calibre. The standard of external finish on these babies alone, puts quite a few others that get continual raps in these pages to shame and, if its any recomendation our Sydney area representative has the very same model on his kitchen bench as his personal machine. Needless to say, the performance of this model is excellent.

I have a stainless steel BFC single group "levetta" coffee machine for sale (made in Italy). This unit was purchased from Coffico coffee in melb for $2999 in oct 2006 (birthday gift from wife).

I am selling due to the fact that the unit receives little use and has made about 70 cups in total (approx 20 of these were to adjust the grind). Its in brand new condition with no marks / scratches etc. Both come with original accessories including group handles x 2 , blind filter, manuals, plastic tamper, box.

$1800 machine only
