As mentioned if it is only 110 volt you will need a transformer which is a  box thing about 10x10x10cm and weighs around 7kg or so.
If the voltage says on the machine "110-230volt" then it will work without the transformer. A sparkie can also change the plug to an aussie one for you very easily.
So yeah, transformer is a quite heavy box. Sparkie cannot change machine to 240 volt from 110.
Correct me if Im wrong.

What is the capacity or grams per minute, how many kgs in an hour and what speed is the grinder rpm? How many h.p the motor? I need a good commercial grinder as I have bought a 20 kg roaster.

Yes, you will need a plug adapter to adapt to the 110 US plug and a step down transformer to reduce the voltage.

Excellent mechanical condition unit. No body damage, clean and well kept. It has been run tested, cleaned and a few small parts replaced along with a new burr set being installed. It also comes with a second new set of grinder burrs and a few other new parts that were included with it when it was purchased from the equipment dealer as well as a full set of operating instructions. It is in 100% ready to use condition. This unit needs a good home with someone who enjoys good coffee and wants the best grind they can get.
