2007 Rancilio Silvia
Impeccable Silvia used by a professional barista since 2007 for approx 4 flat whites or long blacks per week.
Filtered water only ever used, machine regularly backflushed (once a week mini black flush, every few weeks with caustic) and twice yearly descale.
Recently serviced during xmas by Renzo at Di Bartoli who commented that machine and internals were in good nick.
Lots of extras included to help you making great espresso right away:
- Genuine naked portafilter
- Synesso 21g basket
- La Marzocco single and double baskets (LM double basket recommended)
