I was also trying to be funny (10 points for guessing the obscure cult-reference). But yes, I was asking the questions to find a little more about what you want, even though I dont have one for sale. The Oscar I was thinking of has been sold.

Anyway, 1-2 cups at a time doesnt call for much steam, but beware that a $200 machine will be relatively slow at steaming, making it harder to steam 2 cups before the milk gets too hot. (Stop me if you know this already!)

Also, beware of the lifetime in this price range. A cheap stovetop could last years, but a cheap appliance might be half dead before you get it!

Finally, have you considered aeropress, bellman, syphon, etc.? They can make a good cup too!

I am currently using a stove top and I am thinking of getting a basic pump type coffee machine I only need to make coffee for 1-2 people.

perhaps someone has an unloved machine after an upgrade.

I want to spend less than $200
