Hi All.

I have a brand new, never used, in the box Rocket Giotto that I won in the Danes Home Barista competition last week. I also have another one that I bought 2 months ago.

I only *need* one, and as both are in almost similar condition, I am not particularly fussy about which one I sell, but I definitely want to keep one.

I have not even plugged the new one in, and only took out the DVD to watch


The used ones previous owner had it in a display cabinet in his coffee shop for 8 months since new. He only pulled about 6 shots when he got it. Since I got it, I have been meticulous about weekly chemical backflushes, and general cleanliness. It is in mint showroom condition - not a scratch, except for a few marks on the portafilter, but I am willing to let the buyer take the portafilter from the new one.

Hey, will pm my number to you. Were you looking at the new or used one? I am willing to part with the box and packing material if you want the used one, and I am willing to ship at the buyers expense.

As the winner from last year, and also the event photographer for this and few other barista events, I had the best view of this competition.
Nico didnt just did well, his performance was unique and it stands out.
Before pouring the milk for the cappuccinos, he stopped and think by taking deep breaths, and funny ones too.
Even with the over time score deduction, his original high score still place him in the lead. 
He also came late, as he felt sick earlier that day. If he was feeling better, his performance could had shock us all.

Also like to congratulate Scott Benson  8-) who was in third place. He took my advice and entered the competition, no thanks to my badgering. He is now the owner of an Isomac Granmacinino grinder.
