ok found some info and contacted my mate.. he has a BZ35DE.
so my question now is.. are the only differences between
BZ35DE (my mates)
and
BZ40DE (yours)
just the pressure gauge/dials??..
all other interior exterior parts are the same?..

However the BZ40 has an extra element, bigger boiler and bigger footprint because if it

Believe it or not I just had a gentleman come to try it out and awaiting a decision

Both models are essentially the same machine 
The model run is BZ99, BZ35, BZ40

The specification on the BZ40 gets more commercial with a large boiler, twin elements, rotary pump ect

I am fairly sure that the BZ99 only comes in tank model and has a manual On / Off brew switch
