I picked this grinder up recently for my folks. My thinking being that timed and doserless would be the easiest for them. But they say its too big so it's got to go.

Wega 5.8 which is a rebranded k3t.
2006 model. condition is pretty good. Cosmetically only a few scuffs here and their.
There does appear to be two small screws missing that hold the top of the plastic piece in place? It's a little bit loose if you pull on it. Doesn't affect function and I'm sure replacements can be found.

I pulled the grinder apart and gave it a full clean when I got it. The burrs are genuine mazzer. I'm not sure how old they are but they still felt pretty sharp when I used the fingernail test.

Im looking for $250 to recoup costs. Located in Canberra, I'm happy to organise a courier for interstate. Pm for a quote.

Have you thought of getting the smaller hopper to make it smaller? It makes the height of the grinder a lot more manageable. That might appease the folks.

yeah I was a bit confused by the naming. I double checked and measured the burrs though and they are 58mm. I don't think mazzer even make a 54mm?
