Try interparcel. I received a K10 WBC from Melbourne and it wasn't too pricy (~$25). Will be using them to ship another parcel soon.

KF804 is 23kg dry. Ausposts soft limit is 22kg.

Do you know how much postage to Melbourne would be ? I'm assuming it weighs more than Auspost's 24kg limit?
