I really appreciate the effort you went to with packing this and checking the postage on it, but I decided I really can't afford to spend that much on a grinder at the moment - even though this is a spectacular deal - and besides my crappy Breville coffee machine doesn't really deserve a grinder this good

For sale is my Fiorenzato Doge 63 - 63mm flat burr cafe grinder with doser. Made in Italy.

This grinder is an absolute tank that will serve you for many, many years. I love this grinder and think it is close to a Super Jolly without the price tag. Selling as I now have an Elektra Nino (Titan conical).

It is stepped, but very fine steps and hasn't caused me any problems dialling in my grinds.

I have removed the crappy plastic tamper that comes on the front of it (but still have it), also removed the fork to hold the portafilter as I preferred it without - but also still have this. I have also removed the automatic cut-off (which would fill the doser to the top and then stop the grinder) so that you can grind fresh on demand (and still have this too - although you'd be mad to put this back on.) All removed parts are part of the sale.

Having removed the auto cut off switch provides easy access to the chute for cleaning out with an artists paint brush - leaving very little grind retention.

Comes with hopper but can be run without it, which I did as the hopper makes it very tall on the bench.

Could probably do with new burrs - aftermarket ones on it at the moment and they don't seem to be as good as when new, but are still doing a good job if you need time to save the extra money for burrs. Burrs available from Coffeeparts.

$300. Pick up only at this stage from Minnamurra NSW 2533 (near Kiama).
Will consider packing and sending if no interest - just need to find the time to be able to do it though.
