Up for sale I have my Gaggia G106 manual lever from 2003. This is essentially the same as a La Pavoni professional with the same internal components and group, but different cosmetics.
The machine has seen fairly light use over most of its life, making only a handful of coffees each week. I have descaled the machine regularly (in the context of Melbourne's fairly soft water) and recently disassembled and cleaned the piston- I have not had to change the seals yet.
Comes with portafilter, single basket and double basket, plastic drip tray and grate as well as the metal grate, and also a somewhat undersized stainless steel tamper.
It has a few scuff marks here and there, and a few small scratches on top of the group underneath the lever, but no major cosmetic issues.
Pick up in Melbourne, I would prefer not to post as I remember when I originally bought the machine 10 years ago, the first one was broken in transit and had to be replaced.
We are travelling overseas for four months at the start of March and I'm very keen to have this moved to a new home by then.
Looking for $550, open to offers.
