I'm sadly selling My Quest and believe it or not down grading (I need the cash too). This has been an amazing roaster, producing amazing single origin coffee over the last two years. I mostly roast for filter coffee, such as pour over and aero press and roasted on average two 250g batches a week for the last two years.
Read the reviews i don't have to sell it much, it is basically an affordable sample roaster.
I'm selling the quest for $750 and local pickup near Parramatta would probably be best.
Needs a new digital thermocouple probe as the one I purchased with the quest has recently stopped working.
