I've used this machine for more than a year.
Previously was used as a backup machine in a cafe.
I've decal the machine myself twice and clean it regularly.
It's been giving me very consistent coffee and really powerful steam capability.

You can arrange for your own courier but remember this is quite heavy. >20kg I think.
