Hi All
I have for sale my "sooped" up Olympia Cremina 1974 model.
How is it sloped up you ask?
Well it has:
armaflex ht insulation on the boiler ( asbestos is long gone)
Teflon gasket for the group head to boiler (custom made) for greater group head temp stability (debatable)
Replaced steam want with a swivel from a breville which I believe produces better froth. ( comes with the original steam wand as well and easily replacable)
All these mods are completely reversible back to its original condition.
The machine has has had a full descale and all gaskets seals ect.. (including boiler gasket) replace a year ago. No leaks anywhere.
There is a spare completed seal and gasket set included when you need to replace ( won't need replacing for several years)
Accessories include
Original milk jug and container
2 single baskets
2 double baskets
Original portafilter
Tamp orphan espresso
Dosing funnel
And a Richard Penney brass naked portafilter ( this is the original prototype Richard was kind enough to part with)
This is a beautiful lever and very forgiving. Its a great machine if you are an experienced or beginner lever enthusiast.
Why am I selling you ask? Because I have two of these and am itching to upgrade to a commercial lever.
