I think you might struggle to find a pre-loved mini-e at <50% or retail.
$500 will probably get you a mini manual, but you'd be looking at a very old and tired analogue mini-e at that spend- and in my opinion you'd still be luck to find one at that price...
Have a look at SOLD for some more realistic pricing...
