Hi Aurthur,
Yes, there is a dose counter which is visible on the first image above. It shows 921 doses, but I'm quite sure it has done more than that. The counter resets every 1,000 doses, so I'd think there isn't anyway of truly telling how many doses have been through it.
The burrs look like they're in good condition still, but if you want it to grind like new, just replace the burrs.

Putting up my Mazzer Major for sale - $550 Perth metro area
Ex-cafe used. I bought a pair of Mazzer Majors from a cafe that changed owners and was getting rid of old equipment last year.
Figured I don't need two Mazzer Majors, so I'm selling the nicer looking one off now. Haven't touched this one ever since, other than cleaning it up and running it after cleaning.
It is a doser model. I have modified my normal use Major for single dose grinding, if you need some tips, happy to share.
