Just had a couple of people outside of Victoria enquire about whether I would ship, so my reply for them and others is that yes I am ok to do so with a couple of conditions:

1. Buyer pays for packaging and shipping costs.

2. I will take any reasonable steps to prove that the current condition of the grinder is great, but after it is shipped via the agreed method I take no further responsibility for anything that happens subsequent to that with regard to its condition.
