The Coffee roasters companion book was an excellent read for me. I see your post code is very close to the bay run around Iron cove where i cycle every week recently. i can lend it to you for a couple of months. pm me and can put it in your mail box, and sort it out later. It suits roasting with the Hottop and a steady tapering roast profile.

I'm after a copy of Scott Rao's book "The Coffee Roaster's Companion"
