Mentioned to a buddy that I was having trouble flicking my Fiorenzato conical grinder, he offered to swap for his super jolly. Hopefully a bit of brand recognition gets this out the door.
2008 model with doser, the aluminium has some discolouration near the regulation ring, I assume some autosol and elbow grease will get rid of it. Brand new genuine mazzer burrs, had maybe 1kg of stale beans run through them and another 250g of fresh beans so I could revisit the flat burrs and see if I could notice a difference (I couldn't really, but the fresh burrs were making it difficult to get a consistent shot).
Not much to say about this grinder, we all know it, looking for $450 or will consider part swap for a filter grinder, perhaps somebody is looking to upgrade from a smart grinder?
