I’m selling my ECM Giotto Premium – purchased from Di Bella Coffee Brisbane 30/05/05 and serviced regularly by Qld Coffee Machine Service in Caxton Street and The Espresso Doctor in Fortitude Valley.
I have used it in my office to make 2 long blacks per day. I’m only selling it because I have new staff that apparently don’t learn easily, and as much as I love them I’m not prepared to make them coffee every day.
There are no modifications or alterations, no scratches or dings, and the machine is in perfect working order. It heats up quickly, gives plenty of dry steam, and holds a constant pressure. The machine was switched on for approximately 2 hours/day, Mon - Fri while in use, and has spent its whole life in an office environment.
I have both group heads (single and double shot handles), the double shot, single shot, and ‘blind’ basket (for cleaning), and original receipts and user manuals for both units. I am the original owner.
The grinder was purchased 8/3/15 and is still under Harvey Norman’s 2 year Product Care Replacement warranty. It has seen very little use, as I bought a more staff-friendly machine 12 months ago which has a built-in grinder. The Giotto hasn’t been used since well before Christmas 2015 but was perfect when last used.
Hopefully a CS member will give it a good home.
