In trying to rationalise some of my coffee gear I have decided to move this roaster on to a new snob.
I have another commercial 1kg roaster so this one must go.
I bought this Cafemino new and it hasn't missed a beat. I have done over 900 roasts with it. I imported it directly from the Toper factory. It has not been passed to Australian standards.
It roasts a genuine 1kg really evenly but I have also roasted quantities as low as 500gm with great success. I have not tried smaller batches.
It has been designed to roast all day/every day. I have roasted back-to-back and it does the job beautifully.
I once saw the Cafemino described as being "as tough as old boots"...I reckon even tougher.
A full 9kg gas bottle will last for many, many roasts.
Comes with a spare (new) Emko controller, a 9kg gas bottle and chimney (not pictured).
No faults....works beautifully.
Located on The Central Coast of NSW.
Asking $4800
More pictures to follow.
