Quietly happy no one bought it.

Some frustrating low ball offers after agreeing on sale from what appears a serial offender...

I guess I will be in the market for a new grinder as the breville is not up to the Vesuvius.

    Mods please remove.

    Cheers all!

Good luck with the sale!, it's a beautiful machine, and definitely worth it if you make at least 4 - 6 cups a day.
I'm sure it would still steam and brew beautifully unlike my Sylvia which slows down after the 2nd brew.
    Somebody get in!

Last price drop to $4200ono - without tamper and without delivery. Will leave it up for grabs for the next few weeks until end of Mar - I go overseas for 6 weeks in Apr/May. If it's not sold by then I'll just end up keeping it.

Yeh I guess, there's only so many people wanting to pay $4k+ for a coffee machine, regardless of value. I'd be in there like Flynn if I didn't already have a lever machine that I'm very happy with.

Lowball offers grrrr. Sorry to hear that Danebouy.

It is more than worth your asking price..........why can't a serious buyer just pay that?

Fired-up my Vesuvius again this morning and poured some absolute killer shots.

I can't figure why anyone would buy a 'normal' twin-boiler machine when this one is available at a beaut price...and why this one hasn't sold yet.

Good luck with the sale Danebouy..

Can't believe this is still available! Would have bought it if I had not purchased my gs3. Cash is king sometimes. Actually all the time!

Lifestyle changes are the main driver for sales, whilst I still have a passion for coffee, the household consumption has gone from just under 1kg a week to 1 espresso per day! Can I justify having a $6k machine making 1 coffee a day? I have already off loaded my mazzer SJ E to a mate.

I will look at perhaps the oscar ii and the sette and perhaps pocket $2k.

Have skimmed the thread a few times. Cant help but feel that you need some more encouragement to stay with your current machine. When you sell this machine for around $4k which machine specifically do you aim to buy and what do you see as the advantage of buying it?
