!!SOLD!! Hottop KN 8828B Roaster $690.

Selling my 5 yo Hottop roaster due to ever decreasing use. This init was originally supplied with a Bean temp thermocouple fitted as shown in photos. I will leave the multi-meter attached because I know it's performing correctly. This unit has had an easy domestic life, probably roasting 1kg per month over its lifespan. I will include a bag of CS greens with at least 1.5kg remaining and ready to roast. I have the original carton, so it may be shipped by your arrangement to anywhere in Oz.

Hi, John.

The unit is designed for a recommended maximum capacity of 275g with an optimum of 250g. I have loaded it with up to 300g however this will noticeably slow your roast time and make profiling difficult. At 275gr you get around 20% weight loss in cooking, to produce close enough to 250g roasted beans.
