Making space and this sample roaster needs to go
500g capacity, runs on gas bottle which is great for roasting outside or on a deck etc
I'm very happy with this roaster but as our business has changed, we have moved to a new warehouse with out the allowance for fluing (we wanted to sample roast inside) hence the roaster is sitting there looking pretty, but not being used
Originally cost over $5K. I have instructions, profile sheets and whatever came with it. It works as a proper drum roaster would with electric cooling tray (very fast bean cooling), cyclone for chaff collection, variable gas and extraction fan settings and an electrical temp display complete with alarm settings. I have never used the alarm setting so couldn't tell you how to program them but its all in the instructions
The roaster itself hasn't done much roasting - I would say between 30-40 batches over 2 years. Pity to see it go but no point keeping it if its not getting any use
Not sure what fair price is but I'll throw it out there at $4000
