  • !!!SOLD!!! - La Pavoni Professional (Melb)

Selling my La Pavoni Professional Lever machine - purchased on the 27th of March 2017 as an impulse buy and unfortunately have realised it isn't for me.
Machine is in perfect condition (see photos) comes with all accessories (including box, receipt with just under 12 months warranty, and stick on temperature gauge) plus an additional stainless steel Motta made in italy tamper (original tamper is plastic and not very effective).

Only a handful of coffee's made, inspection and coffee sample welcome anytime.

Asking price - $750.00... Let my loss be your gain.

Don't hesitate to ask if you'd like more photos or if you have any questions.

It's easy, just add a hand grinder! :-)

Seriously though, I love my Pavoni Pro, sits beside the Vibiemme Jr, best of both worlds :-)

          Good luck with the sale!

          Regards,

          Matt

As the soon-to-be-new-owner of this machine, I thought a question for the soon-to-be-previous-owner might be appropriate:

Owners of LP Europiccole regularly say that it's tricky to get a good shot, but the good ones are really good. In the short time that you've had it were you able to get good results?

                Gonzo.

Several in fact!! Main thing to keep in mind is after your second pull, drop the portafilter in cold water and lock it into the group head to cool it down while you prepare your next shot.. grinder a little finer than you would on a pump driven machine, and you should be fine..
I've also included a sticky thermometer in the box.. place that on the group head and I find best results is when temp is between 90 - 95 degrees..

                  Hope this helps!
