Hi all,
My Sunbeam EM6910 (bought new in 2011) recently had a group collar give out. As I am impatient I bought a new EM7000 to replace it, rather than fix it.
Other than that, it's in perfect working order and was in regular use until that point. I thought it was the group head seal that had failed, so that has just been replaced too. All the expensive internal bits work fine (steam pressure is good, it pulls shots fine, hot water works, all the buttons and dials work), the only negative is a bit of wear on the exterior and the text has worn off the hot water/steam knobs.
