PID installed and located under/beneath splashback - I never want to change temps just want consistent shots (i.e. no temp surfing)

Regularly serviced at Coffee-a-roma in Camberwell.

Insulated boiler (like a V5 machine) at the same time as PID was installed.

just returned from regular service - all new seals, new surround

La mazzaco basket for the portafilter.

1 -2 coffees a day. Backflush, monthly maintenance and 6 monthly de-scale completed.
