The smaller one is the pregnant one? Shouldn't that be the other way around?

So how do you determine whether the Pavoni is a premillenium?

I think it's always been one you just stipulate wanted or WTB

It really is a nicely made unit. They do other sizes too. BTW, did their used to be a 'want to buy' section here? I feel sure I asked about the best options for a 49mm group and someone said they were in the same boat, with a pre-mil La Pavoni and no group handle - but I can't find it now.

Had one of these for my pavoni and used it exclusively (as a naked but worked well as a single or double spout). They also have a little spring/catch so the basket actually stays in when dumping grounds, instead of falling into the bin every time...

  • !!!PRESUMED SOLD!!! - Portafilter for pre-millenium La Pavoni lever

    hi all,

I accidentally bought the wrong size portafilter and basket for my 51mm-as-it-turns-out La Pavoni. This is the 49mm group handle and basket to match.

The basket looks old because I tried to upsize it in a 'maybe two dumbs make a smart!' attempt to recover from the mistake of spending almost $200 on the wrong size parts. Still the same size, just discoloured by being heated on the gas stove for a few minutes. Its the 'double' basket.

The portafilter is pretty much mint, and is, like the box says, single spout, splitter or naked, as you prefer. Happy to post from west Melbourne, or you can pickup. Comes with spare silicone seal (fits between the bottom spout and the sidewall - press the bottom out and its a naked).

$100 + postage (which would be maybe $15?)
