  • !!!PRESUMED SOLD!!! - WTS: Mazzer Kony E (Mel)

I purchased this from @Gavisconi007 about 12 months ago; although it's a terrific grinder I only used it a few times before mothballing it in favour of the V-Titan. Guess I'm just a creature of habit... Didn't finalise a sale before leaving Sydney so it's made the trip to Melbs.

Quoting the original description below - it's had less than a kilo through it since I've had it and really is in exceptional condition.

The photos are also @gavisconi007's; it's spent more time being cleaned than grinding since I picked it up and he really kept it in mint condition.

Asking $1250, pick up from Abbotsford only at this point.

Excellent condition Mazzer Kony E for sale. This has been my daily grinder for the past twelve months after selling my Elektra Nino. Recently purchased an Anfim Super Caimano and have decided to pass the Mazzer Kony E on to someone who will appreciate it.

Beautiful grinder. Excellent condition as per photos. Burr chamber vacuumed and brushed out every week. Burr carrier removed and a thorough clean of the burr chamber and greasing of the threads carried out every 2 months. Last done on 4th May.

I can vouch for the condition of the grinder.

      Bump.

Nobody in the market for arguably the best conical burr grinder for domestic use in basically new condition? [emoji848]

I'll chuck in a short Mini hopper as a sweetener - get in quick and it'll be the new one!

Let me know if you happen to be road-tripping through Sydney with it in the back of the car

            Hi MM
Where abouts would you and the Kony be if you were in Melbourne?

Sorry... misread the original post and was thinking Abbotsford NSW vs. VIC.

Alas, work trip to Melb delayed a couple of days then put off for about two weeks. No 40kg luggage for me. Brisbane next week now.

Dang, congrats on the purchase though!

Thanks - this site's creatively erratic approach to notifications isn't exactly helping haha.

Hi, did you sell this yet? I'm tossing around the idea of upgrading my manual Italian grinder (cafe size) which is still very good - and I like the manual idea - but would enjoy something giving a remarkable improvement but not too much of a price sting as that is an issue for me. I'm trying to ascertain the new price of this model and what you would accept? I am in Melbourne.

Still have it - just put it back on the bench this morning in fact

Not sure what they go for new - not really flexible on price tbh; I'd rather hang onto it than sell it for less than it's worth.
