  • !!!PRESUMED SOLD!!! - Selling: Vibiemme Domobar Junior HX & Compak K3 Touch

1 x Vibiemme Domobar Junior HX = $1,490 or best offer.
    1 x Compak K3 Touch = $390 or best offer.

Happy to sell them individually. Pickup in Freshwater NSW 2096 only. Depending on the price the VBM goes for I have a bunch of random accessories I will throw in if you need it.

Originally purchased in 2011, the Vibiemme Domobar Junior HX espresso machine & Compak K3 Touch grinder have performed reliably and pulled many fantastic shots. I have just upgraded to a new espresso machine and grinder so want to sell my old gear.

The water out here is great so I have been operating it on unfiltered water for the past 7 years without issue. I have fully dismantled the group-head to clean and descale it twice. Only tiny amounts of scale were present and were easily removed. The water pump was replaced 2 years ago (did this myself as it was a simple job). Other than the water pump dying at about 4,000 shots there have been no issues with it. It has not been professionally serviced so this might be something you want to do, but personally I wouldn't bother.

I replaced the seal around the screen with a silicon one about a year ago. The group handle comes with a double spout (pictured) and a naked one (not-pictured). I drilled the naked one out myself and use that. I do have the single spout still if you want to screw it back on.

The grinder is reliable and easy to adjust. Has been cleaned on a regular basis. Dismantled and all the buildup removed fully.

The grinder does have the normal full sized hopper with it (not pictured). I prefer to use the thing you see on it now which is just big enough to fill a 21g basket and has a nice weight to stop the beans popcorning around. Leaving the hopper full would cause the beans to dry out to fast so this works much better.
